Niki, RMT graduated from her 3 year program in Peterborough, Ontario in 2007. After moving herself and her practice to B.C. in 2008, she immediately found her home away from home at Spa Utopia. Since obtaining her Registrant status with the CMTBC in 2009, she has dedicated her career to helping others, and has gained knowledge and experience every day.
Niki enjoys using a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, Neuromuscular therapy, Trigger Point therapy, Fascial release and Hydrotherapy. Niki believes in prevention, maintenance, patient education and overall well-being. A treatment with her includes an assessment and hands- on treatment, as well as home care.
Mima, RMT Since graduating from West Cost Collage of Massage Therapy's 3000 hour program in 2004, Mima has evolved and found career growth at Spa Utopia, Langley.
It was during a rotation at The BC Woman's High Risk Pregnancy Ward that she knew her focus would be in woman's health. She enjoys its many challenges and finds great rewards in helping others.
Mima is passionate and caring about these issues and enjoys continued growth and education in the profession. Mima's focus includes woman's health issues; breast care, pre and post pregnancy, and pregnancy massages.
Julia, RMT graduated in 2009 after completing the 3000 hour massage and hydrotherapy program at Utopia Academy. She started working with Spa Utopia as a body worker in October 2009 and received her diploma as an RMT in the summer of 2010. Julia has taken courses in advanced stretching, as well as assessment and treatment of the shoulder. She loves working with her guests, providing treatment and recommending remedial exercises to help her guests reach their treatment goals.
Lyndsay, RMT graduated from West Coast College of Massage therapy in 2007. Soon after graduating she began her career at Spa Utopia in Langley. Lyndsay has a passion for massage and her guests say she has a very firm touch. Lyndsay enjoys the outdoors and the many benefits of yoga. She connects with and loves working with like-minded people.
Nicole, RMT always knew she wanted to work in the health care field in the hope of helping others. It was when she herself had her first massage that she found her calling and hasn't looked back since.
Nicole graduated from the 3000 hour West Coast College of Massage Therapy program in 2001. She quickly found her home at Spa Utopia Health and Wellness Center in Langley. Over the past 14 years Nicole has built a thriving practice by focusing to not only meet, but exceed her guests' expectations each and very time she sees them. Nicole finds the atmosphere and the amenities that Spa Utopia provides to be very beneficial for her guests' relaxation and their journey towards greater health and wellness. Nicole believes wholeheartedly in the benefits of massage therapy. Not only in treating 'injuries' but also in the prevention, maintenance, and stress reduction for each of her guests.
Graciela, RMT graduated from the 3000 hour program at West Coast College of Massage therapy in 2013. During her training at WCCMT, Graciela gained exposure to different settings such as Vancouver General Hospital (Burn, Plastic and Trauma unit), BC Women's Hospital (high-risk pregnancies), Friends for life society, South Granville's senior centre, BMO marathon and WCCMT's student clinic. Her experience gave her a better understanding of the effectiveness and benefits of massage therapy.
In her treatments, modalities that she provides are Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and joint mobilizations. Her massage approach focuses on the needs of each individual. Whether it is from musculoskeletal or psychological stress, Graciela strongly believes that massage therapy can provide relief and promote a better quality of life.
Pamela, RMT graduated from WCCMT in 2005 and has been working as an RMT for Spa Utopia for the past 10 years. Pamela is passionate about living a healthy and active lifestyle and enjoys interacting with people. She thrives on making people feel better and has compassion towards the needs of her clients.
Kelly S., RMT graduated from VCMT with Dean's List Honours in 2012. During that time she became passionate about working with women during their prenatal and postpartum journeys. Her continuing education has focused on massage during labour, delivery, and through the postpartum period. She believes in integrating therapeutic techniques into relaxation massage so your treatment can be both effective and enjoyable. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, gardening, and cooking.
Jayson, RMT graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2004. He has been an RMT at Spa Utopia for the past 10 years. Jayson enjoys performing the variety of treatments Spa Utopia has to offer, including deep tissue and sport therapies. Jayson feels there is no better place to work as an RMT, and enjoys the relationships he has built at the Spa.
Michelle, RMT graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2004. She has worked with Spa Utopia for the past 10 years. She is passionate about massage therapy and enjoys that each day brings her new experiences and opportunities to grow as an RMT. Michelle chose massage therapy in order to help others reach their health care goals. She has always had an affinity for working with the aging population and is eager to share her knowledge and skills with the public.
Jessica, RMT graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage therapy in August 2015 and began her career as a massage therapist at Spa Utopia Langley. She believes that the spa experience is a great way to promote relaxation. As a life long athlete, human anatomy and kinetics have always been an interest for Jessica. She loves sharing her knowledge and believes patient education is key to a healthy lifestyle. She has a passion for treating a wide range of conditions such as sciatica, tendinitis, carpal tunnel, and sports related injuries. During treatments, she employs a variety of techniques including myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, stretches and swedish massage. She believes in finding the best customized treatment plan for each individual to meet both their short-term and long-term treatment goals.
Marika attended West Coast College of Massage Therapy and completed the Registered Massage Therapy program in 2016. She is energetic, friendly and very passionate about massage therapy.
Outside of work Marika loves being outdoors; snowboarding, playing soccer, gardening and hiking, which are just a few of the many hobbies she enjoys. Marika loves the friendly atmosphere at the spa but most of all she loves the great relationships she has made connecting with co-workers.

Matt, RMT After having his life changed for the better by a Registered Massage Therapist, Matt decided that he wanted to be able to do the same for others. He graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2014. Along with helping others, Matt enjoys music, golf, good food and good company.
Kayla, RMT graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program in April 2016. When she chose Massage Therapy as a profession, she originally was geared towards sports massage and working with athletes since she has been a lifelong athlete herself. Throughout her schooling, she was exposed to patients from every age who were dealing with various conditions and diseases, such as: Multiple Sclerosis, Dementia, Cerebral Palsy, Cancer, Arthritis, Tendinitis and every day tension and wear and tear. She found that, although the signs and symptoms of conditions may be drastically different, each patient experienced relief from massage. Kayla believes the power of touch is especially beneficial in relieving stress and tension, and promoting relaxation regardless of how a condition presents itself.
Yuko, RMT graduated West Coast Collage of Massage Therapy in April 2014. During her training she began to gain valuable experience in treating many different types of pathologies including neuro, osteo, and muscular. She believes in the art of natural heeling and enjoy being able to help others. Yuko is currently continuing her studies to become a RMT.
Dr. Amrish Chopra is a board-certified physician who earned her Bachelor of Ayurvedic and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) from Chandigarh, India. Her integrative healing approach combines the best in conventional Western medicine with the wisdom of ancient healing traditions.
She believes in a holistic individualized approach to patient care that incorporates a wide variety of healing modalities through therapeutic touch. Interests include; preventative medicine, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and mind-body medicine with Ayurveda.

Jen, RMT graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program in June of 2016.
Becoming a massage therapist has been her passion for many years. She has personally benefited from massage therapy and is now excited to help other people live healthy, balanced lives.
Kevin graduated from the RMT program at CDI in October 2016. His passion is to utilize and share the knowledge and skills he learned to help people achieve healing not only of the body, but also of the mind and spirit.
He is also very passionate about music, dance, food, and sports.
Sarah Linda, RMT is very excited to join the Spa Utopia team. She graduated from West Coast College of Massage in August 2016. Her experiences at school through various outreach programs include working at South Granville Senior Centre, BC Women's Hospital for high risk pregnancy, UBC varsity teams, and the school's MS inreach clinic.
Through Swedish massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, trigger point release, strengthening and passive/active stretching, Sarah will tailor your massage to meet your needs for a safe and effective treatment.
Sarah B, RMT has a passion for helping people to live an active and healthy lifestyle. She herself was exposed to massage therapy as a young athlete for maintenance and injury prevention. Such experiences motivated her to learn the human body and how she could help others prevent and recover from injuries and meet their personal goals.
Sarah is a recent graduate from WCCMT's 3000-hour advance program. She has provided treatment at BC Women's Hospital, UBC varsity football, swimming, volleyball & rugby teams, as well as nursing homes for elderly.
Sarah's goal is to determine the underlying cause of the issue and focus on making corrections though clinical treatment and home care, such as stretching, strengthening exercises, and hydrotherapy. She keeps in mind that no two people are alike and creates a personalized treatment that is specific to their needs.
Sarah is very fascinated on how the body works and believes it's important to continue educating herself for the benefit of her guests. She believes that everyone can benefit from massage therapy, whether it's to relax and decrease stress or treat and prevent injury.
Shanay, RMT enjoys meeting a variety of people and connecting with them on an interpersonal level. She has benefited both physically and mentally from massage therapy and finds the human body to be fascinating.
Shanay graduated from the 3200 massage therapy program at Langara College in 2016, which places a focus on self-care. She is currently pursuing her passion of becoming an RMT. She enjoys diversity in practice and has not yet found a specific focus in massage, but rather wishes to explore all aspects of massage for the time being. She looks forward to helping others achieve their lifestyle goals.
