Pool Etiquette

It's hard to imagine anywhere more beautiful than Vancouver on a warm sunny day. At our Pan Pacific location we are pleased and privileged to offer use of the hotel's outdoor salt water pool with stunning views of the North Shore mountains.

The following information will help ensure a pleasant and relaxing experience.

ACCESSIBILITY:

Pool keys are limited and the hotel has the right to limit use or refuse access at anytime. Spa guests wishing to access the pool facility must leave ID with the Spa and sign a pool agreement. Pool keys must be returned to the Spa desk in exchange for ID.

Spa guests are welcome to enjoy the pool amenities 2 hours prior to their spa treatments or 2 hours after. We recommend using the pool prior to spa treatments, however if your spa treatment(s) is the first appointment of the day then the pool will only be available after your treatment, if your spa treatment(s) is at the end of the day then the pool will only be available prior to your treatment. Please plan accordingly.

The pool is closed for maintenance every Wednesday morning until 1pm.

FOOD, BEVERAGE and TOWELS:

A credit card is required for poolside food and beverage service. Please allow 40 minutes for food service and 20 minutes for beverage service.

Towels are available at the poolside. Please deposit used towels at the pool deck in the bin provided. Spa guests are not permitted to bring food, beverage or towels to the pool deck.
