Spa Etiquette

Consideration: To ensure privacy and comfort for all, please avoid bringing small children and keep phones on silent.

Changeroom Preference: Lockers, robes, and sandals are provided upon arrival. Our changerooms include steam baths, dry saunas (Pan Pacific only), private showers, and change areas. These amenities are available pre- and post-treatment without reservation and are regularly sanitized. Please use them for 5-10 minutes at a time to accommodate others.

Diversity: We welcome all guests and strive to accommodate LGBTQ2S+ community preferences respectfully. Contact us in advance with your changeroom needs.

Promptness: Arrive 20-30 minutes early to prepare for your treatments. Late arrivals may miss part of their session.

Gratuities: Gratuities are appreciated for outstanding service but cannot be paid with gift cards.

To support these eco-friendly efforts, a $4 environmental fee will be added per person per visit. We sincerely thank you, our guests, for contributing to our green initiatives and helping care for our planet.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND FEES

Your treatment times are reserved especially for you. Short Notice Cancellations of less than 48 hours before your first appointment, or No Shows, are subject to a fee of $50 fee per appointment.

 

We understand there may be times when illness or unforeseen circumstances occur. We kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll be happy to reschedule with you. Fees do not apply when appointments are rescheduled.

Return Policy

We will be happy to refund your product purchase within 30 days of purchase, see below for refund conditions and exclusions.

Product Return/Exchange Policy

  • Within 30 days of purchase
  • Damaged/defective ~ if opened ~ must be ¾ full or more
  • Skin irritations ~ if opened ~ must be ¾ full or more
  • Unopened ~ in original new condition packaging
  • To original payment type if refund verify with original receipt/Zenoti

Not Accepted:

  • Over 30 days
  • Special orders
  • Brushes/combs
  • Nail polish
  • Used Candles
  • Sale/final sale items (** stamp receipts with FINAL SALE stamp **)

Christmas Season Policy:

  • Products purchased from Nov 1st – Dec 24th can be returned until Jan 31st
  • Purchases made Dec 25th onwards, fall into our regular 30 day policy
