Events & Group Reservations

Spa Utopia provides the perfect environment to celebrate a variety of milestone events, including corporate gatherings, team-building retreats, birthdays, bridal showers, and more. Our Group & Event Coordinators are eager to assist you, whether you wish to treat your group to spa services or host a productive sales meeting over coffee and pastries.

Each of our locations boasts a private, elegantly appointed conference room that will accommodate up to 18 seated guests. For larger groups the spas are also available for buy out.

If you have a smaller group of 7 please call the number below, they will be happy to assist you with your reservation. Online booking is available for groups up to 6 people.

More about Groups & Events

Booking a Group. 

We consider a group to be a gathering of 8 or more people booking services and using our facilities together. A group of people arriving together requires a little more planning, to allocate our resources effectively and make sure that the group needs are met without impacting the level of relaxation for the rest of our guests. 

When booking as a group you will have a dedicated group coordinator to assist you with your reservations and enhance your event. To avoid disappointment for your group and ensure they can book the services they want we recommend that you contact us at least 6-8 weeks in advance. For our busy times; Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day 12 weeks is advisable. 

To make the booking process easier for everyone, when you reach out it is helpful to have an idea of how many people and the type and number of services each person would want from the following service groups: 

  • Massage with RMT – available for 50 or 80 minutes. 
  • Massage with non RMT – available 50 or 80 minutes. 
  • Facials – available for 60, 75 and 90 minutes.
  • Other services. Please specify, not all services are recommended for group bookings due to service lengths or limitations on resources available.

Guests having services with an RMT, will be required to complete a medical intake form. We strongly recommend this is completed when the email link is received to avoid delays to your group check-in upon arrival. A consent form will be reviewed and signed with your RMT at the time of service. RMT receipts will only be issued to guests that are paying for their own service and the receipt will reflect any discounts applied.
