CHANGEROOM PREFERENCE: Locker, robe & sandal service are available upon arrival with spa services. Our men & women’s changerooms offer a steam bath, dry sauna (*dry saunas at Pan Pacific only), private showers and private change areas. Steam/sauna and private showers are available pre and post treatment with no reservation necessary, and are regularly sanitized. The recommended use for steam/sauna and private showers is 5-10 minutes at a time. Please be mindful of others waiting to use the amenities.

PROMPTNESS: Please arrive at least 20 – 30 min. prior to your appointment to prepare for your treatments. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes of your spa treatments. Your appointment will end as scheduled, so the next guests is not delayed.
GRATUITIES: In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be offered at your discretion. Please be advised that gift cards may not be used toward gratuities.
