U Matter Membership Terms

The U Matter Membership is an annual membership.
U Matter Memberships are non-transferable.
The U Matter Membership can be used at any Spa Utopia™ location.
U Matter Memberships can be used any day of the week. Spa Utopia™ will be closed on all statutory holidays. Hours of operation are subject to change.

To provide U Matter Membership pricing, we require a minimum term of 3 months.
Termination of your U Matter Membership can occur after 3 months with a 30-day notice by email or through the Spa Utopia™ app.
U Matter Memberships will auto-renew at the end of the annual term unless a 30-day notice by email or through the Spa Utopia™ app is submitted.

U Matter Membership benefits end at the date of suspension due to being in default of payment. These benefits include using your member credits, member pricing, product discounts, seasonal gifts, and any other member promotions.
U Matter Membership credits are valid for 90 days after the membership term ends or voluntary cancellation; however, regular service pricing comes into effect. Other benefits that end are product discounts, seasonal gifts, and any other member promotions.
Seasonal member gifts are offered 4 times per year beginning 90 days after enrollment:
- Winter – January through March
- Spring – April through June
- Summer – July through September
- Fall – October through December

A “payment period” is a monthly period starting on the date the first payment is made and ending on the date before the next period begins. Example: First payment is May 5th. Term is May 5-June 4.
U Matter Membership pricing does not include fees, taxes, and gratuities.
Monthly membership credits in your U Matter Membership account have no cash value and cannot be used for fees, gratuities, redeemed for cash, or purchasing gift cards.

Temporarily freeze your U Matter Membership one time per year to a maximum of 90 days. Membership payments and benefits are temporarily frozen during this period.
U Matter Membership privileges cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or programs unless specified by Spa Utopia™.
Service bookings are subject to advanced reservations and availability.

Short notice cancellations of less than 48 hours before your appointment, or no-shows, are subject to a fee of $50 per appointment.
U Matter Membership credits cannot be used towards fees.

Spa Utopia™ reserves the right to change, modify, or amend the U Matter Membership policies and terms of agreement at any time under the discretion of its management.
Services requiring authorizations, waivers, or disclaimers must be signed separately from these U Matter Membership terms and conditions.

Introductory U Matter Membership offers are valid for first-time members only.
