At Spa Utopia, we are dedicated to supporting local communities and understand the importance of each donation request. Due to the high volume of requests, we use a fair process to manage them. We offer personalized treatments with a focus on sustainability and support over 20 charities annually. Twice a year, we randomly select a number of requests for donations. If your organization is chosen, we’ll contact you via phone or email to arrange delivery or pick-up. Please refrain from contacting us directly.
To request a donation for your organization:
Donations for local community fundraisers and charitable events will be accepted by mail and email only. Phone requests will not be accepted. Please send all requests to:

Requests must be on official company/school/organization letterhead with a detailed letter outlining the event - no photocopies please. Please be sure to include the date of the event, contact name, phone number and/or email address.
Donation request deadline for 2025 SPRING / SUMMER events:
For event dates between March 1st 2025 and Aug. 31st 2025 please ensure your donation request is delivered to Spa Utopia before Jan. 31st, 2025. Requests received later than Jan. 31st 2025 will not be considered for a donation.
Donation request deadline for 2025 FALL / WINTER events:
For event dates between Sept. 1st 2025 and Feb. 28th 2026 please ensure your donation request is delivered to Spa Utopia before Aug. 1st 2025. Requests received later than Aug. 1st 2025 will not be considered for a donation.
