Groups are gatherings of 8 or more people booking services together. To ensure a smooth experience and maintain relaxation for all guests, please contact us 6-8 weeks in advance (12 weeks for peak times like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day).

A dedicated group coordinator will assist with your reservations. When contacting us, please provide the number of people and their desired services from the following options:

  • Massage with RMT: 50 or 80 minutes
  • Massage with non-RMT: 50 or 80 minutes
  • Facials: 60, 75, or 90 minutes
  • Other services: Please specify; not all services are suitable for groups.
Considerations for RMT treatments:
Gift cards and loyalty points are not accepted for payment for Registered Massage Therapy. Guests having services with an RMT, will be required to complete a medical intake form. We strongly recommend this is completed when the email link is received to avoid delays to your group check-in upon arrival. A consent form will be reviewed and signed with your RMT at the time of service. RMT receipts will only be issued to guests that are paying for their own service and the receipt will reflect any discounts applied.
