Our incredible team remains focused on providing exceptional care to our valued guests. Your patience and kindness are greatly appreciated as they care for each guest while navigating this transition themselves.

While we will do everything possible regarding your appointment to provide advance notice and help find alternatives whenever available, please note:

• Appointment availability is increasingly limited
• We will do our best to honour scheduled appointments, but changing staffing levels mean we cannot guarantee appointments through December 21
• Some appointments may require adjusting, placement on a waitlist, potential rebooking to an alternate service, cancellation, or referral to our North Vancouver location
• We encourage guests to use any remaining gift cards toward retail purchases if service bookings in Langley are unavailable

We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you to our North Vancouver location and continue providing the exceptional care and wellness experiences you have come to expect from Spa Utopia.

Thank you for your continued support and for helping us close this chapter of our 25 year legacy with dignity and grace.

With much appreciation,

Your Spa Utopia Team 💙
